What you should consider when building a website

SET UP 

 

Domain and subdomains registration, Imperva and SSL (must) 

  • Domain is the name of a website. 
  • Imperva is a WAF, required for security protocols. 
  • A security protocol that creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser. 

 

Steps: 

 

1 - Request the SSL certificate (necessary to complete the process on Imperva). 

Access https://anheuserbuschinbev.sharepoint.com/sites/CyberSecurityOperations/dcm/SitePages/Home.aspx and follow the instructions. 

2 - Register the domain with CSC Global. Send your request by e-mail to abinbev@cscglobal.com. (steps 2 and 3 can be done together remembering to include both addressees) 

 

3 – Request domain and subdomain onboarding on Imperva. Send your request by e-mail to amarildo.mattos@ab-inbev.com. (steps 2 and 3 can be done together remembering to include both addressees) 

 

 

DNS (must) 

The address where the application is hosted. 

Should be configured to point to the IP 52.209.126.218 

 

Geoblocking (optional) 

A practice of restricting access to specific locations. E.g., if a website should not be accessible in one specific country. 

Should be configured if necessary.

TRACKING 

 

Google Analytics - GA (must) 

The web analytics service offered by Google and used by AB-Inbev to track and report website traffic for marketing purposes. 

Create an account or use an existing account. 

 

Google Tag Manager - GTM (must) 

A tag management system that allows management and deployment of marketing tags on websites without having to modify the code. 

Should be implemented and configured. 

 

DATA LAYER (must) 

A Script object that collects data on the websites in a standardized way allowing integration with different tools. 

Should be implemented and configured.

Consumer Data Platform – CDP (must for websites with data capture) 

Marketer-managed system that creates a persistent, unified consumer database that is accessible to other systems. 

Should be implemented and configured. 

 

Sales Force Marketing Cloud - SFMC (optional) 

A platform (or “Cloud”) in the area of marketing automation and customer engagement. 

Should be implemented and configured for transactional e-mails or CRM campaigns. 

 

Data Management Platform – DMP (must) 

A data management platform is software that houses audience and campaign data from all kinds of information sources. 

Should be implemented and configured.

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (must) 

Documents governing the contractual relationship between the provider of a service and its user. 

Should be created by the legal team and implemented before the website is live. 

 

One Trust (must) 

Consent Management tool - Consumer data is key to improve how we operate our business, but it’s important to acquire and process this data with consent and transparency. We need to make sure our operations are compliant with GDPR and local regulations / laws. OneTrust has the technology to power your Privacy, Security and Third-Party Risk programs. 

Should be implemented and configured for cookie management. 

Should be implemented and configured for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

 

Cookie’s classification (must)  

After development should be scanned and cookies should be classified accordingly in OneTrust.
