Profile: Disable User

Purpose:

In case of employee termination, you can block his access to the platform.

Step by Step:

1. Access the platform with an administrative user;

2. Go to Manage > People (/admin/people);

3. Identify the user that you wish to deactivate;

4. In "Status", change it from "Active" to "Blocked";

5. After changing it, click the "Save" button.
