      Step by Step

       

      Component structure in Layout Canvas:

       

      1. On the page you want to add the banner, click the + on the Layout Canvas;

       

      1. 2. Identify the Customer Service component in the list and add it by taking the component and dragging it to the Layout Canvas.

       

      Component customization:

       

      1. 1. Click two times on Customer Service to edit;

      3. 2. Edit the following fields:

       

      Color Settings:

       

      • • Background Color: Add background color of the block, you can choose the pallets colors of the brand.

      • • Titles Color: choose the Color of the title 

      • • Text Color: Color of the title of the text remaining

       

       

      Text Settings:

       

      • • Block Title: Title of the block, represented by CSC.

      • • Telephone Section: Inform the title of the contact session via phone and the contact number.

      • • E-Mail Section: Inform the title of the contact session via email and the e-mail contact.

      • • Service Hours Section: Inform the title of the opening hours session and the opening hours.

      • • Response Time Section: Inform the title of the response time session and response time.

       

       

      • Social Media: select ON to activate the social media logo. This field gets the Styleguide configuration, to know how to apply it, click on the Tab Styleguide in this document.

       

      • HTML Element ID: Inform the HTML ID.

       

      2. Click on "Apply" to save. •
